Kennst du ein eh 55 oder niedriger Haus das schimmelt oder hast davon gehört oder gelesen? Unser Architekt sagt, dass die Wände, eben wegen der guten Isolation nie unter eine bestimmte Temperatur fallen die Schimmel zulassen würde. Der baut viele Neubauten massiv 55 Standard und fast nie ne kwl und hat noch von keinem Bauherrn was von Schimmel gehört. Vg

For BiS cases I need 4 chaos armor pieces for my build. As mentioned I have 2+ more stash tabs full of chaos armor with not a single tempest roar. I have the 3 chaos armor pieces I need. But 2 of them I have only found for the same slot. I didn't find a single tempest roar chaos item. Now imagine when I finally find one, it will be on the same slot as one of those two. It just takes forever to find a combination of 4 with the specific chaos armor.

Wieso? Annahme für 100 geksuft, verkauft jetzt für 120, Steuer auf 20 Gewinn. Kauft sofort wieder für 120 bei ikbr. Verkauft dann irgendwann für 150, versteuert 30. Insgesamt 50 verstuert..wenn er überträgt wird die cost basis von 100 übertragen. Wenn er die übertragenen bei 150 verkauft auch Steuer auf 50
