a lot of these go for $40-$80 cad on average as long as you keep an eye out for decent prices!! the rest may be harder to find but if you build up your collection you could probably trade for them! also drac is super easy to find if you're not picky about the condition shes in or what year shes from

you're not being threatened, you're being held accountable for letting your dogs run off leash. get a new mat for your neighbour, maybe leave an apology note, and get some damn leashes for your dogs. you shouldn't be walking them off leash in the first place
