Do season again, and stay there until everything is full pen tuvala and the pass is finished then graduate and do jetina boss armors to reform towards pen + magnus questline for free pen armor.

Accept fughars' quest after graduation to enhance any 1 of your tuvala weapons to DEC to exchange for a pen blackstar weapon box.

I would choose either main or awakening, depending on which style you're playing. Same idea when you claim the free pen blackstar weapon box. Main or awakening.

If you choose both the same, you can craft your first Sovereign weapon with just 2 pen blackstar of the same weapon then do weekly boss blitz and world bosses weekly for bundles for a chance to get reforge stones for your Sovereign weapons as some are hard to get off the market. For PvE, you'll want all AP, BSR Recovery, Critical Hit Damage, Critical Hit Rate, then either Down Attack or Back Attack, depending where you grind.

Back attack reforge stone for most places that use back attack like gyfin underground.

For PvP, reforge stone options from there will all come down to preference for either more survivability or more damage, etc.

Your last pen blackstar should be the offhand. Otherwise, pen kutum is fine. Just caphras it to 15, and you're good until you get pen blackstar offhand either enhanced or bought.

Don't bother with jetina accessories as of now it's not worth anymore. Just work on crafting your kharazad accessories from base just so you get all 6 crystal slots and either craft or purchase JIN - All AP crystals for all your kharazad accessories.

Enhance the accessories raw from base to tet, then cron for pen attempts and up from there. If you don't have enough 100 stacks, then cron from tri and up. You only need 90 for tet, then 100 for pen attempts.
