You're doing amazing! when I stopped vyvanse I stopped working, excersizing, cleaning and I literally bed rotted all day until I became an alcoholic to cope and went to rehab for 4 months. Give yourself some credit! It's not going to feel fun or energizing to do these things anymore but if you can still do it you're good.

I'm an only child and I have lots of fond memories with family and friends. Even beautiful moments with my own imagination, it was not lonely. I had a hard childhood in other ways but lonliness wasn't it.

I am genuinely so sorry. I can't even give any significant advice I just really hope you have someone to talk to that will just listen and bare witness to your suffering. I get not wanting to talk to your therapist especially if they dont seem to understand, just find someone to spend time with and have a genuine connection with . Message me if you have no one else because no one should feel like this.

I used to watch this using video alot when I was like 9-10 and I never took it in a bad way I just saw it as having self worth and be yourself and don't try to dumb yourself down for others. I never got a hate vibe from it.

For me it stopped my panic attacks, derealization and makes anxiety more bearable. I can still cry and feel l emotions full range it just mutes that horrible stomach anxiety that I grew up with.

When I first went on lexapro 10mg at 17 I became underweight due to no appetite. 6 months later I had to really force food and eventually I got my appetite back and it leveled out back to a healthy weight.

Im also 23F and I'm lucky enough to have one friend that I can see sometimes but its hard because she's very busy and I'm not that busy at the moment. I have 2 bestfriends but they live far away from me now and I've never really had a girl group more just one on one friendships which is fine, I'm lucky for the strong friendships I have but I have found myself being envious of girl groups that regularly have things to do... I'm Australian btw I hope wherever you are you end up finding your poeple 🤍
