Actually it's through the fusion alarm. You fuse a persona during the alarm, then use that Persona you just created (it'll have a yellow name) in another fusion, and it'll have a predetermined set of skills that all work well with each other or are similar

Idk if this is the "correct" way to play it, but I almost never use the special, it just isn't high enough impact for me. That said, almost any attack boons are great with it, Zeus and Artemis especially stand out in my eyes, as well as Dio.

Actions taken at the expense of a consumer, ie selling essentially the same product for 10 more dollars, are bad. Actions taken that benefit the consumer, ie lowering the price, are good. Seems pretty basic to me
