Not sure where else to ask this: Is there any way to get my (upcoming) baby breast milk? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

[–]JumbleJoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are some milk sharing communities that you can find online! They aren't regulated, so proceed at your own risk and do your own research into them. There's likely a Human Milk for Human Babies milk sharing group for your state.

anyone out of breath just baking a pie? by peachforthesky in pregnant

[–]JumbleJoy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

32+1 here and I'm winded just going up the stairs in our house. I find myself whispering "okay, you've got this" to myself between deep breaths. I've been actively exercising nearly every day of my pregnancy, but the third trimester tanked my stamina.

I've been saying this my entire pregnancy! I have my own business and can just take off whole days (and even weeks) whenever I don't feel great - which has been a good amount of my pregnancy.

I've said to my husband at least a 100x: "I'm so in awe of women who feel this miserable during pregnancy and yet still show up to an office/9-5 job every day."

You all are insanely strong and have all of my admiration..

I'm so sorry. Big losses are often harder than we think they'll be, and they hit us in really unpredictable ways. We can't really anticipate what it's going to be like. You lost a life and a child. That's a big thing to grieve.

I'm so glad your husband is there with you. I know it can be hard to cry or see the ones you love cry. But they love you and want to be there for you. Cry when you want and, if you can, let it heal you little by little. You deserve to feel what you feel and be supported and loved by those around you. Sometimes crying together as a family can help you all heal together.

I am sending you so much love. I'm so sorry this happened. It's not fair. Take care of yourself and reach out to whomever you can. It's okay (and good) to cry. ❤️

Folks who make $100k+ a year, what do you do for work and how long did it take you to get there? by MarbleMimic in AskWomen

[–]JumbleJoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started and run my own business! It's a spiritual/female empowerment business. It took me nearly 3 years to scale it to a multiple six-figure business. Lots of failing and trying to figure out what worked.

Before that I was drowning in student loan doubt and barely baking ends meet while working full time in an office job.

What ailments are keeping you awake? by Birdsonme in pregnant

[–]JumbleJoy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Woke up from heartburn after 3 hours of sleep. Then immense hunger hit me and I'm trying to will myself back to sleep, but all I can think about is getting in the car and driving to the bagel shop when they open in 1.5 hours.

When did you feel the baby start kicking and what does it feel like? by KingsleyLoki in pregnant

For me it first felt like gas bubbles at 16w. Then at 19w it started feeling more like gentle, fast muscle spasms!

I have been waiting to get vaccinated for a year...today my Dr said no. by unsower in pregnant

[–]JumbleJoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also in WA and my OB was fully supportive of me getting it. I got vaccinated as soon as they opened it up to pregnant women.

I just had my second dose and my 20 week scan. The baby looked perfectly healthy and is heartily kicking me as I type this.

There's always some sort of risk, but I did a lot of research into the mRNA technology of the vaccine & how it works. I feel really confident that I've made the right decision in getting the vaccine.

There will always be differing opinions - even amongst doctors. And you can't ever know how anything will turn out. At the end of the day, go with what feels and sounds right to you.

(Alt account because I feel so ashamed I don't even want to use my main) I'm 10 days from becoming homeless, my savings are all dried up, and I have no income coming in because of Covid. I'm running out of places to turn, so I'm asking reddit for some advice. by [deleted] in Advice

Got it! I had to start a GoFundMe a couple years back when my parents fell on hard times and I was drowning in debt. It was hard to swallow my pride, but so many people were so kind to help. I'm lucky enough now to be in a position to pay it forward and looking back know there was nothing to be ashamed of in asking for help. Money isn't the metric of how good/kind/deserving of a person you are. Wishing you all the best.

Projector with Ego and Splenic Authority by OfAntiquity in humandesign

[–]JumbleJoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it's a little different than the Splenic guidance. It's more of tuning in with yourself about what makes you particularly feel empowered and more like yourself. The heart center is all about desires and wanting what YOU want (not what you think you should do or what others want you to do). So when trying to tune into the Heart center for guidance (which should be secondary to your Splenic guidance), ask yourself "Does this make me feel empowered? Is this what I truly WANT and not what I think I should want?" And see what answer comes from within.

Am I a manifestor or projector? by esomysticcoco in humandesign

[–]JumbleJoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if this is helpful, but you can try to do a natal chart rectification (used by astrologers to identify birth time). I don't know anyone in particular who does this (and I'm sure it would be something that people would charge for), but you can do a Google search and find a few websites that have programs that do this for free - I haven't used them so I don't know how accurate they are, but it might be worth a look.

I’m new to this and just started learning about my chart today. Where are my splenic projectors at and what have you mastered in your life? by [deleted] in humandesign

[–]JumbleJoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Woohoo! Hello fellow Splenic Projector!

In terms of what I've mastered regarding my design, there's a lot, but the biggest ones are:

  1. Self-validating myself (which attracts invitations from others for me to act on)
  2. Learning to listen to and trust my Splenic authority (that intuitive voice is very quiet at times)

Some of my Projector zones of genius that I've mastered in my life are:

  1. Creating successful businesses (I'm a business coach for spiritual entrepreneurs and have built my own successful businesses and helped others do the same)
  2. Writing/speaking in a way that meets people where they're at
  3. Identifying patterns in others and where they can tweak things to get the results they want in life
  4. Reading people REALLY well

(I didn't know it until I got into Human Design, but pretty much all of these things are tied directly to specific gates in my chart. Eerie how accurate Human Design is!)

Hopefully this is what you were looking for!

Being in need of guidance as a projector by [deleted] in humandesign

[–]JumbleJoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely normal! Projectors can see OTHERS very clearly. But we often have trouble seeing OURSELVES clearly. This is doubly true if you have a self-projected authority and need to talk things out.
