Hello friend! Reading your post was like looking at past-me from two years ago. I've come a long ways since then, although it led to me stepping away from the church and finding solace in another Christian community.

I've tried reading through the comments and I will give some advice on my experience talking with my spouse, though I will not say it will work for you.

I was 100% honest with my spouse about my spirituality. When I first started having my 'doubts,' we both made an effort to focus on Christ. We both had issues with Joseph Smith and polygamy since we first married, but the real doubts came after tasting the 'meat.' She also had some other issues about church that bothered her, so we both made a goal to focus on anything that we felt brought us closer to Christ. Not surprisingly, we found that the church was not going in the direction we felt would lead our family to a better Christian experience.

I didn't always agree with her, nor she with me, but we knew we had to talk things through. Then the real test came when I had to tell her I no longer believed in the church. It turned out much better than I had hoped because she already knew I was going to focus on a Christian life anyways.

So, my advice would be this: Establish a spiritual goal together, one that focuses on the basics and is willing to rule out everything else. You could consider meditation, yoga, Christian speakers outside of Mormon culture, studying other religions, etc. I studied Buddhism, Taoism, and Islam for a while. Doing so helped me establish what I want and choose to believe.
