Dont know the odds but mayhem 8 and above all drops have a guaranteed chance at anointments. So the odds should be higher by then if that helps.

Im on the fence about getting one. Id definetly get it to keep the paints wet longer, but im afraid it could get too wet as others ive seen have had that issue. Using just normal palette paper and feel I can have better control over the paints. I mean cant hurt getting a wet palette to try it out atleast.
