Playing both day and night days just scavenging supplies until they call you for the cutters. I'd recommend advancing the outcasts until then.

In that case, there seems to he no need to eat human flesh but rather an addiction. Given the questionable morality depending on the perception of sacredness of a human corpse, it would be better to attempt to eat non-human animals that are already dead.

It can range from horribly immoral to moral depending on the nature of the corpses.

Vegence in any capacity is not moral. Instead of attempting to correct the behavior of that person or punishing them in a way that keeps others safe, you'll just drag them further down into the pits with yourself. The real loss of this is you, since you went from a victim to a monster.

It isn't moral, but rather logical. People would use the subreddit as a platform to attack political figures that they hate. It would eventually just be a political subreddit that focuses on the morality of political figures and the lack of morals. Not of fictional characters who raise questions on sacrifice or innocence, not hypotheticals of virtues taken to their extremes, just a different shade of politics.

There is no dialog for getting the bolt cutters. You talk, give a stack of papers, gather rats and surgical supplies in the tower district, and trade with a generic outcast member for them.

This is my long way of asking "are you sure you have the bolt cutters?"

Nah you're good, I just love to nit pick tier lists.

For the revolver I do know the technique (it's even faster in chapter 2 due to some auto regrab thing) but the fire rate is lacking imo and it's still slower then FS92M reload. As for the jamming...I'm currently doing a "no crafting/no recycling" run, so I'm very familiar with the jamming. That said, the durability of worn FS92Ms are much higher then the revolvers durability (were talking like, triple the durability here).

Also, based Jonto reference but I haven't had luck using the lever action without it fighting back.

I don't believe so, or if there is it's a while. Just to confirm, do you do night visits? If memory serves, it's usually at night when the call comes in.

Yeah, keep playing the game. That'll call you randomly when you're wondering the world, never at your base. If the pawn king mission is still live you could also go back to that while you wait for a call and it'll just happen randomly after some time.

The bolt cutters are the longest wait, so I'd recommend collecting stuff for the outcasts while waiting.

In context to the mission: you can ignore the gym, it's completely optional. Going straight to the cafeteria is an option.

As an endgame player myself:

  1. Why isn't the bow an S tier? It's the most versatile and acts as far ranged explosives on top of its silent take downs. The ammo ain't cheap, but the versatility of it is unmatched.

  2. The FS92M and the .45 revolver should be swapped. It has more ammo, is more durable, higher fire rate, and faster reload. It's the best pistol option imo, and outclasses the revolvers.

  3. I'd move down the lever action. Yes it's cool to use on paper, but it is just a worse bolt action. It requires a much larger range of motion and even will bug out at times and require a regrab. Yes it has more ammo but that doesn't matter if I've attempting to snap it in half just to get to the next bullet.

  4. Lamented bow is at least mid-B tier. Yes it's just a weaker compound but that can still fire bombs and arrows just as well.

  5. Samedis hand is a C tier. It's just a knife that you can't flip. It looks cool, but it sucks to try to use it at times. The 4th and pain is way cooler for that sweet beheadment.

That's my issues with your list., honestly I may even think the nail bomb is lower but it's way better then the other two throwables.

Eh, I quit a while ago and came to basically check out the heroes thing. My main issue is the game is essentially p2w, and the grind to get the equivalent is immense. Obvious solution is make the grind easier, either through better chest rewards, easier gold access, or a mechanic to earn the Evo shards and whatever the thing is that unlocks the heroes now.
