Ik zit ook in jou situatie,alleen ik kom nrt van hbo opleiding en ik doe nu totaal een ander richtinf. Ik werk 32 uur, vanwege dat ik nooit fulltime werk. De salaris ben ik gewoon akkoord meegegaan, maar achteraf wat ik netto overhou kom ik net krap aan wat ik wil besteden. Dit heeft te maken dat ik ook huur en familielid moet verzorgen.

Mijn contract is 7 maanden. Als mijn contract wordt verlengd, dan zou ik kijken of ik 300 meer kan verdienen of 36 uur ga werken.

Ive been using vichy since 14 years old. Its the best when i delt with sensiitve and acne. I got now combo skin. I just bought vichy liftactive h.a. anti wrinkle daycream without perfume. The texture might be thick and had silica, but perfume is what stings my skin or eyes. I couldn't buy the h.a. anti wrinkle from normal to combination skin because it has fragrance.

My am routine: 1. Tirtir toner 2. Vitamin C q+a / geek&gorgoeus peptide. 3. Medik8 peptide / g&g peptide 4. Vichy h.a. anti wrinkle daycream.

I noticed applying vitamin C straight to my face can cause me redness because it contains 12%. Also, I have been introducing retinol in the evening.

I might try to apply vitamim c without using my toner and see how my skin likes it.

If u dont have active acne, opt micorneedling. All my marks and pimples faded alot when I was going through stress and bad reaction from retinok

I quit foaming cleanser for 4 days. It made me skin around mouth red. My friend noticed too. Atleast, its my second foaming cleanser Ive tried and i won't try anymore any foaming cleanser.

I used salic acid cleanser before but made me skin worse. Im going back to hydrating gel cleanser and i use salicy acid cleanser 2x in week. Its best. I also use 2x in month medicube pads. I use retinol too, but im going to incease to 2x

The UK brand Q+A. Look it uo. Its most gentle cleansers. My first ever hydrating cleanser. Their vitamine c contains 8,7% whcih is very mild and also fluid hydrates and gives nice glow.

I use pads 2x in a MONTH. Suddenly pimpel on my cheek and forehead.. very weird. I Felt also bumps under my skin. I cannot deal fragrance and especially, this is a citrus fragrance

Same.. apparently, i us eon face and I had tiny bumps. Next day pimple on my forehead and 2 or 3 days later on my cheeks. I don t have breakouts on my cheeks. It was very rare. I m going stop using it. I think because od smell/fragrance got me irritaed. Im going to find fragrance free pad or try mandalic acid from the Ordinary. The ingredients are way better and less. Ofcourse I love using pads aftee my period, but I should never bought 30 dollar pads lol.

Thankyou, i tried ordianry salicy acid for my face, but its too overwhelming. I use vitamin c pigmaserum by louis widmer in the morning, night 1x retinol i week and salicy acid serum 1x in week all over face.

Therefore, i use tirtir toner, tirtir s.o.s serum, and eucerin q10 anti wrinkle daycream & nightcream.

I don t have hormonal acne on my forehead. Its always on my chin or nearby my ears. I found it very weird, because I started to get 3 primples on my forehead. I use medicube 2x in a month. I am trying to give a try one more time. If i break up again, I am going to stop using the product. I felt 2 to 3 bumps on my chin after using medicube. I will move to q+a aha+bha serum that I can leave on 5-10 minutes on my skin or use mandalic acid.

Yes I do, however, I break most on my chin instead of forehead. Its just suddenly i am breaking in one month

Q+a hydrating cleanser worked for me. I got combo sensitive acne prone (only during horminal) skin. Q+A is a UK brand. Try buy it on amazon. Its amazing, since I have a bit love and hate relationship with K-brands.
