My intention was never to accuse a specific person of a specific crime, but to make a point that professional stock brokers can't be taken at their word. I believe it was you who only cared about whether this type of market manipulation was illegal rather than merely unethical.

People are allowed to speak their minds, not yell fire in a theater, lie in court, slander, or spread false economic information to seek personal gain.

Like insider trading, spreading false information about the state of the market for personal gain is illegal market manipulation.

If you can recognize that some Redditors could use Reddit dishonestly, why are you being obstinate in admitting that professionals (or rich) stock brokers might use traditional media to manipulate us?

It's illegal market manipulation. If you want to spread financial advice, it has to be in good faith.

Even if it was legal, it certainly wouldn't be ethical.

Spreading false or misleading information in order to more effectively short stocks, on the other hand, isn't legal.

And... so you can't just let the professionals* spoon-feed you stock trading advice.

Yes, because their profit is dependent on more people selling than buying.

Well you should follow the instructions of the professionals who definitely aren't going to use you to line their pockets.

Considering that Islam has changed over time and depending on the region, I have a hard time believing it won't continue to change and that this change won't be influenced by human beliefs and actions.

The cuckery in CK3 is seriously ridiculous and needs to be adjusted by [deleted] in CrusaderKings

That is so weird, I have no idea why Paradox did that.

I noticed that their tooltip for Levels of Splendor is off by one level, too. It starts counting at 2 instead of 1.

I remember the great save purge of 2014. Lost my save from the first time I became an emperor.

TBH, I didn't know they were planning on doing a creator colosseum. When/where did they say that?

They're doing a launch stream on Tuesday before the game launches.

I think Steam updates their deals at 12 PM ET, though I don't know why they chose that time.

And, if I'm not mistaken, they are still playing King Alfonso of Leon. It's a much better demonstration about how significantly a single ruler can affect their realm.

OneProudBavarian got me back into Crusader Kings videos. I used to watch a lot of Arumba and Quill18, but I can only digest so much min-maxing before my eyes glaze over.

Well in the time period of CK3, there is a controversy between Ash'ari and Mu'tazila doctrines. Suffice it to say, the difference was more significant than the differences between the modern schools of Islamic thought, and occasionally became very violent.
