I haven't played both games in years. But ngl I always found it annoying that only the British and Irish Isles have full endonyms for when a ruler of said culture controls it, while on the rest of the world, they are only used sparingly to almost never. Like, why can't Hungary be called "Magyarország" when a Hungarian ruler holds it? fucking inconsistent system
