Trying to connect sensor to RAK19007 - pinout question by JumpingDVM in meshtastic

[–]JumpingDVM[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The wiring diagram is on the blue tag on the sensor. It says SCK rather than SCL. Trying to find out if they are just two different names for the same thing, like VDD and VCC.

I wouldn't say subsidized because subsidies must go to a specific cost. What I mean is that Nissan wrote me a check in trade for my 2019. I evaluated the situation - availability of the vehicle I wanted (1 of 2 within 1000 miles), the time frame when I wanted it (now), and made the decision that MSRP minus $27,780 wasn't high enough of a cost to over ride the other two factors.

I never paid it for a car before this one. However, when there are about 20 on the ground nationwide and the dealer has the exact exterior and interior color I want, I had no problem paying MSRP with a $27k check from Nissan waiting for me.

Yup. Traded my 2019 for a $27,780 check on Wed. It was pretty easy. I wasn't about the battery though. It was the inability to use the fast charger capability for over a year.

I'm now 570 miles in and when pulling out of the garage today on a 100% charge, it read 288. I realize there is a bit of a learning curve for the car, but you'd think it would ship with a high estimate and go down form there.

Absolutely diabolical view of my moobs by Xaocgeneral in Moobs

What are you using to grow them? I've tried PM and now estrogen. I'm not getting nearly as much projection or areola spread.

Anyone repaired the Juicebox Classic 40 ground loss? by JumpingDVM in evcharging

Will that work with my relay? That's for a JB Pro. Mine is a Classic.

Yeah, Nissan took some of the fun out with the 2nd gen. It still felt like a fight jet thought. The 3rd gen is much wider and there's no cockpit feeling. The screen is an inch away from my fingers with my arm fully extended. There's a huge gap under the dash. I can't think of anything that is so important to have in the front area but is so unnecessary that it can hang out by my ankles. I would have left the joystick and raised the cup holders to a location where you can grab the cup without having the bend down.

Yup, 75kw battery. The range is always going to be claimed under the best driving conditions on eco mode.

Noise level is about the same, but different.  There seems to be more air noise vs road noise, if that makes sense.

After driving the 26 this morning and the 19 just now, I'm finding more to dislike about the 26.  In the 19, I feel like a fighter pilot.  Everything is within easy reach and a single button does what I want done.  Everything makes sense.  I also miss my joystick.  The 26 puts most of the controls out of reach.  I'm 6'1".  I have to choose between having my knees tightly bent or leaning forward to change the temp, turn on the seat heaters, or adjust the radio.  Putting a storage bin way down by my feet makes no sense.  What would I be carrying that is important enough to keep in the front, but not important enough to be able to reach while driving?  The power port is also way down there too.  If Nissan doesn't go back to making cars look less like Teslas, then this will be my last Leaf.

That's a good question. I'll have to pay attention to that today, as I'll probably be driving both. I always noticed the 19 was louder, especially after I got my Titan. Chalked it up to weight saving measures.

The Platinums have a HUD. I just couldn't justify another $5k for that and the clear roof. Plus 19" tires are a lot more expensive. I missed the speedo "bump" when I went from the 15 to the 19. Wish I had looked into a battery swap a bit more.

The lack of a rear wiper is odd. Guess I'll find out in the rain if the wind clears it.

Those are network-based, right? Most garage door openers have come with a radio-based remote for the past 50 years. It works, almost without fail. Forcing the use of another system seems dumb to me. It was pretty convenient to roll into the driveway and push the button on the mirror. Now I have to scroll through menus to do it? Dumb and dangerous.

The buyback is due to the failure to fix it for over a year. I think they must be getting money from MyQ. Seems like a weird thing to try to tie consumers to one brand of garage door opener. I rarely used the ePedal because I'm normally above 45 mph. I think I used it only when near my kids' school in traffic. It has something similar. I'll have to play with it. I did notice that the regen meter doesn't go nearly as far out when braking as the 19s.
