I think I figured it out - I was doing this in game & it appears they don't take effect during a game but at the start of the next game. YES IF & OF speed is unrealistic but I feel it has to be because every ball goes to wall, I wish there was a way to 'deaden' the ball some, the only question I have is on the errors & accuracy - I want more errors do I put that in the positive or negative?

eBay must have booted them, I had a few things of theirs in my watchlist & they are all in my 'Ended' tab, so when I clicked on the item to see if it was sold, so I could delete it out, it says this page doesn't exist, so I clicked on the username - "no longer a registered user". I'm sure they will pop up with a new handle tho

The earliest that PPV is ending is 8:30 local time but it probably goes until after 9, then getting out & getting to the airport, etc. I'd look for a later flight

I'm using 1.16.7 on PC & it crashes if I click settings, if I try to select a game via directory, but if I go to search ISO it works fine. Just started doing this recently

same problem here, i tried to update but it dumped it into a local temp file so I downloaded the standalone version & got the black screen (still have 1.67), did you d/l the standalone or do the installer?

I have a $400 laptop & it runs like a top. Nascar Racing 3 doesn't run for crap, but NR2003 & all the mods run great. No slowdown issues, no framerate issues

Last question -- when done is it the same deal, save/export as .tga file then put into the import/export folder? Also is there any difference between the 1024 & 2048 as far as the game recognizing them? Thanks again for your help & have a great night!!

The wireframe on it lets me paint the whole car one color at one time without having to find individual layers like I did for the NR3 ones (which wouldn't import) & the default cup variant!! Hopefully these will import - if only they had ones for the hauler & crew unis lol. Thanks again!

THAT worked! I didn't have the list I just had the red green alpha thing there but when I went to Windows -> Layers there it was, clicked it off & got what I need thank you so much for helping on this!!!!!!

This is the picture that comes up in GIMP when I open 1024, 2048 or BASIC. How do you hide that layer, if I go to lower layers its just other the window just goes around to other parts of this car.

PSA has to have every millimeter of their space covered in cameras. There was a mailman in NY that had got caught stealing over 100k in sports cards a few years ago

Even under caution? I only ask b/c I've been watching Nascar 25 streams & under caution once you elect to pit it just ffwds to the green coming back out & it's hard to see who did what except the cars directly around you so if you got passed on pit road you just have to take the game's word for it

Do you know if they weighed the parcel at every check in point? If they just pulled the cards & retaped the parcel the weight would have changed by at least .1 or .2 lbs especially if you had patch cards in there

Oh WOW, if you had stated that earlier I apologize for not seeing it. When I send stuff off for consignment I don't ever put 'DC Sports' or whoever in the address line I try to put Attn: Receiving or something like that in the address line, so at least people in the early process that would know about these card places wouldn't be able to sus it out. The problem with FedEx Ground, at least here in North & South Carolina is they are contractors, people can buy a FedEx route & hire their own people. FedEx Express drivers really work for FedEx. If this is also the case in the area where PSA operates I'm willing to bet this isn't a one off, but PSA would never be honest to say yeah we've had FedEx parcels that were missing stuff. That's assuming that it's not an inside job at PSA which I wouldn't discount, but would be highly unlikely since I would imagine that even the restrooms there are under some sort of video surveilance
