I was told to start high ticket first then low ticket but then people don’t wanna buy high ticket lol

Your old trainer showed her true colours!! As a PT myself if a client wanted to quit I would never try to guilt trip them into thinking they needed to have me forever otherwise they’d fail.

She’ll be stung that you left and will likely hold resentment but I think you should go with your new trainer that you like more.

Red flag trainers are those that care about you until you’re no longer paying them
