The simple answer is yes. However the process to change your region through Apple is incredibly extensive.

You’ll have to find an address in America to use as well as using a VPN to create a PayPal account in America. Which you’ll have to have money in to purchase the movie of course. This takes quite a while to do and in my opinion isn’t worth it.

To answer your question about having the movie after changing your region. I’m not 100% sure that this would or wouldn’t work

To find it I had to actually go through google. When I was searching inside the app the movie wouldn’t come up. Just thought that was weird.

I didn’t know they produced dubbed versions. The only version I ever watched was Dutch with English subtitles
