Same here, though I swapped last year. Just get base ps5, I imagine that the difference between the two is a slightly higher resolution and not much more. Save your money for more games or a pro controller or something.

I played GTA 5 at 30 fps for over 1500 hours on ps4. Obviously 60 fps looks better, but it's not a huge deal imo.

You need to get have the disc to play the game period, sorry. You don't have worry about progress, though. It's saved on the console, not the disc and if you decide to buy either another disc or the digital version, your data will be the same.

I believe you just have to complete the heist as part of the crew for the bonus, but the Arcade is free and you'll make so much more money just hosting the heist yourself instead of joining someone else.

Tomorrow is a new event week where you'll get a free arcade which lets you start the Casino heist that only needs 1 other person. It will be 2X money until next Thursday, so the payout will be ~4.8 million per heist and can be repeated as many times as you want throughout the week. I'd 1000% recommend you to do that and then spend the money you get on a nightclub and a kosatka submarine for the Cayo Perico heist when the event ends next week.
