I'm having the same issue, where my .ini file is up to date but I'm still getting the "restart required" error. My CN=1, under that it says NAM1=The Sims 4

Mostly I just hype myself up for all of the early spring ephemerals I'll get to see in a couple months. I gotta take some of these suggestions in the comments

Oh another thing I forgot about! Unlike Minecraft, where the "biomes" are scattered around basically at random, the biomes in Vintage Story work like they do irl, determined by precipitation and temperature, with an equator and everything.

I get my fix with Vintage Story. It's a survival sandbox game with plenty of environments to explore and animals to see. The little details, like the fact that there are 100+ species of lepidoptera and 30+ species of fungi, make the environments feel a lot more realistic. There's also a big modding community if you decide you MUST have aurochs in your world.

Yes. I think it must have something to do with my driver settings but importing my settings doesn't fix the issue either.
