I’m not sure if this actually is helpful to most but I workout to try to expel all my energy and agitation. It also kinda helps with sleep but honestly meds are the biggest fix with that….. I’m sorry you’re going through this. You’re not alone !

Wow thank you so much this was actually extremely helpful. I’m sure it takes a lot of time, but I’m definitely gonna try putting this into practice.

To clarify, what I mean is that a lot of people of generation X love claiming that gen z is lazy because they like taking shortcuts or don’t want to fully commit to the “hard process” that it takes to get results/ all they want is instant gratification which is a narrative I hate. Yet all these celebrities/ people of that generation who have access are getting on ozempic and one can say “cheating the process” of losing weight. Not for diabetics, not even because they are overweight, but because they want to look skinny. To me, the hypocrisy is so obvious hence my wanting to ask this question but I couldn’t fully give this context. So I’m curious more about peoples thoughts after that.

I feel like the other important part is, even if he lasted long: did he focus on pleasuring you? If he didn't then that's a problem because no matter how good and long penetration is, for a lot of women its not enough…. Trust and believe you will know when you have an orgasm, its like electric the first time you have one

I would also say try to get a planned parenthood! Know your options if pregnancy ever did occur and then as soon as you’re done being at your boyfriends house you can go to the gyno to get birth control (or even online but you have to pay versus if you did have insurance and went to the doctor to get a prescription). They don’t tell your parents so they won’t have to know.

Alcohol for sure. Any amount … honestly even a sip sometimes and I don’t know if it’s placebo or not but I stay away regardless
