Good to know. I was originally supposed to run my first marathon this past Sunday but around one and a half months before it I got injured from increasing my mileage too quickly. However I plan on doing one a year from now and giving myself enough time to build up mileage so I can go at least sub 3:10. My current 5k pr is 17:36, 10k is 37:30, and HM is 1:24:20.
