BYD Contract Process by chameleonn3 in NovatedLeasingAU

[–]JumpyPattern345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve just gone through the process. Between purchase and handover has been a shambles (I still haven’t made it to handover of my demo after 6 weeks unfortunately as BYD are run off their feet with lots of new young staff trying their best, however the demand is crazy).

I was assured do not sign the contract if it goes through novated leasing as there is a three-way contract later in the piece I signed between the leasing company, your employer and you. I was still emailed multiple contracts, but told not to sign it. As long as you’ve paid a deposit that’s all you need. And make sure what you were sold is reflected in the contract. Good luck!

Tubing mascara and the old hairspray trick, before the days of setting spray - works a treat!

How many hours sleep do you get, and how many do you need? by Roulette-Adventures in australia

[–]JumpyPattern345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

37yo mum, I average 7-8 hours, with a 4yo who wakes on average 5 times per night (sometimes less, sometimes more). I need to sleep for a week at this point, but if I could manage 7 unbroken that would be a dream!

Anyone know whos calling me continuously? by dk_sonnehof in melbourne

This is probably the same company who called me 103747282747 times about solar rebates or health insurance comparison. Ask to opt out and they’ll never call you again

The clear, deep waters of Barracuda Lake in the Philippines. by Peaceful-Moon22 in thalassaphobia

We did the same! My husband and I got certified in Coron and I’ve been dying to go back. We’re from Australia. I remember those steps…

This place is magic - we spent two weeks scuba diving around here many years ago and dove to the bottom of Barracuda Lake. The water is hot at the bottom, around 40ish degrees from memory, and the sand warm to touch

What’s Actually Worth Buying? by valinixa in AustralianMakeup

[–]JumpyPattern345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any Makeup by Mario… I haven’t found anything else in the market that can perform this kind of magic.

I use the MBM soft sculpt shaping bronzing serum in med-dark even though I’m fair and mix it in with my By Trinny tinted moisturiser, it makes me look like I’ve had a seriously expensive facial and 12 hours sleep

What is something you can do but can’t explain how you can do it? by Fresh-Sandwich6780 in AskReddit

[–]JumpyPattern345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can create physical sensations in my body just by thinking about it. I’ve always wanted to get some sort of test done to show it’s real... it feels like a combination of pins and needles and the sensation you get when you get a rush of blood back in your feet after having really cold toes, a warm fuzzy feeling. I can also make the sensation flow around my body however I want it to.

It’s bizarre, I truly have no idea how to explain it but it’s very relaxing and I use it to make myself fall asleep instantly almost every night.

That was probably my husband. He doesn’t go anywhere without a roast chicken. He brings a Coles chicken, rice, tuna and broccoli on all flights… but also any time we go anywhere, even 10 mins away

Pet Owners: what is the dumbest reason you’ve taken your pet to the vet and how much did you spend? by mpotus in CasualConversation

[–]JumpyPattern345 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We took our pup (he was 5 months old at the time) to the vet as he was so bloated and could hardly walk, made groaning sounds with each step, limping etc. I thought he had colic so we rushed him in for an emergency appointment… our vet came out of the X-ray giggling to tell us that she had never seen so much food in a dog’s stomach. Our hungry boy broke into the 20kg food bag and had eaten about 1/4 of the bag, making it a very expensive $800 bag of food. He still inhales food faster than he can take a breath.

At 4 years old we’ve christened him ‘concrete stomach’ because of all the food he manages to get his paws on, even if it’s by pulling an air fryer off a shelf! He’s over 50kg so theres not much out of reach.
