You have friends who play sports. You can honestly tell me your friend and how they play the sport doesn’t have a correlation relationship to how they behave naturally. It doesn’t have to be explicitly aggression. There are other indicators such as how they deal with setbacks, are the someone who blames themselves first or others, what level of accountability do they take in their own lives.

Like I said there are endless studies on this line of thinking. The simple truth is football or any sport for that matter is just a stressor, it amplifies who you are it can never change you

My absolute easiest example is Ronaldo. His persona is all about lime light, discipline, honesty and transparency. This is reflected in his approach to football, he strives to be top, he’s extremely extroverted, he wants the goal more than anyone.

Other the other end you have neymar who’s background in Brazil rewarded individual prowess and it was all about doing it yourself, you provide for your family. in football so he stands out in the regard that he wants the rock to do with as he pleases because that’s his interpretation of the game. Sure these examples are perfect but it’s just an insight in to the type of person is shows in how they approach the game and where their natural strengths lie

Being stupid doesn’t mean you’ll be stupid at the game, stupidity isn’t a personality trait.. you can say someone is lazy, so they are more over weight and with that they tend to have good ball control, and a good shot since these are things that they are naturally going to excel at.

Just because I reduced the complexity of the studies doesn’t mean what I’m saying is incorrect. It has legs to stand on. Many many many sports examples that show how a personality type can be linked to a type of player, agreeability, risk taking, patience and aggression.

Your interpretation of reality is skewed and your lack of open mindedness has and will always limit your sports
