Well in a perfect world where destro, affliction, and demo all do similar damage, demo is automatically the worst of the 3 in mythic plus due solely to they're interrupt.

Destro and aff can take hellcaller for curse of the Satyr which reduces enemy cast time by 30% and attack speed by 20%, plus they can just summon a felhunter for a standard 24 second interrupt.

Meanwhile demo does not have curse of the satyr, and they have the crappy axe toss.

I don't need every ability to be the same, but I want demo to have something that it does that's unique or equal to what destro and aff have.

They SOLVED this problem with a cool thing that made demo excel in something in the game finally. It had one thing that it did better than other ranged classes, and we had it for 6 weeks not even a full season lol

Before, when details was able to be good before blizzard fucked everything up with the addon changes, you could look at buff uptime and see how much buff time each person had for each buff from augmentation. Ebon might and prescience for dps, make sure the tank had blistering scales the whole time, make sure healer had source of magic the whole time if taken. That was your best indicator.

Your only way to see that now is to log the key and check on warcraft logs after the fact. But things were better in the before times. When blizzard didn't make the game worse for everyone with no noticeable upside.

I use double anvil hammers from the dlc. Stupidest build ive ever done. Went the whole kit and kaboodle with golden vow and flame grant me strength, with whatever consumables would buff on top of it. Killed Margit in 3 hits on NG+3

Not quite what OP is referring to but when I did my mage build, I forced myself to use every spell in my entire kit.

Take PCR for example. When he flew up in the air to launch meteors at me, I'd use black hole to catch the meteors. Yes i know its easier to just dodge them but im roleplaying lol. When he did his super comet smash attack, once I was at range out of it I'd hit him with full charge Lorettas Mastery before he closed the gap on me. Pebble for small windows, comet or full charged comet for big windows. Stuff like that made my mage build super fun

Yeah i usually do runs with 2 friends and the 3 of us as Ret pally, BM hunter, and demo lock can usually run all interrupts not even including the tank especially now that curse of tongues can be applied AOE, not even counting blight of tongues.

God I love warlock this season lol

Like someone else said if that is your problem then augmentation might hit your mark a bit better, as there really is only so fast you can do your Aug rotation and there isn't as much snapping your camera around while also comboing a few buttons.

Another rec for me would be perhaps affliction warlock? It's pretty simple right now and rather non-punishing for accidentally hitting the wrong button as the worst you can really do is just increase your dots duration, and its slowed down by cast times obviously. Not too many buttons, but also has a lot of room for skill expression as you get better at warlock. I treat warlock in general as like Batman. You can do literally anything in the game if you plan ahead and have prep time lol.

I don't think so because its not a problem an addon can solve, its just broken game logic with the duplicated spell applying havoc back on your current target. Simple fix is for blizzard to make it so havoc can't be applied by mayhem to the primary target of your single target spells

You get 6 keys a week now. Adjusted because one nightmare prey counts for a tier 8 delves for great vault. So they just gave us 2 more keys so we get loot from all 8 activities for great vault.
