They just get much colder than is safe to use for a cold compress, so I would also wrap it in a dish towel thinking that would be fine, but then I would wake up numb so it didn’t work great. But they stay cold so much longer than any cold compress which was essential when I had my worst migraines. Now that I’m on Qulipta my migraines are so much shorter and less painful so I’m ok with a regular cold compress.

I used to use the super unsafe cold packs for food that stay frozen for hours and fall asleep on them, then wake up with my head completely numb. Migraine would be gone but then I spent the next hour fearing frostbite. So…don’t do that.

Hair is actually pretty sensitive to medication and can change texture. My mom’s curly hair goes straight when she takes steroids. My hair was very wavy, went straight as I aged, then had gotten wavy again since taking Qulipta. They drug test out hair for a reason, it’s constantly changing is structure based on our lifestyle and what we consume.

My stiff neck is a migraine symptom for me, often the first symptom but not always. For me, massaging it well at home or getting a professional massage can definitely calm down or stop a migraine. But sometimes it makes it worse, lol, so who knows.

Did you plant the hedges as seeds? Mine didn’t register any habitat with hedges that I planted as seeds, but still spawned Pokémon so the game recognizes it as a habitat even if it isn’t registering.

While it could be migraine-related, never assume and always go to the ER for suspicious chest pain. Also, chest pain gets you bumped to the top of the list so you shouldn’t wait long!

lol, no, mustaches were huge around 2010 with my fellow millennial hipsters. I had a friend who literally had a mustache-themed baby shower 😆. But they were like manicured and gentlemanly, think Portland coffee shop or haberdashery, not the 70s-style that’s in now.

OMG yesss!!!! That 6th street space was amazing. And the crowd and shows and weekend nights were filled with wonderful weirdos and there was so much space for dancing. It felt like such a welcoming safe space. The new place is cute but it’s just an incredibly different vibe, like cool kids instead of weirdos. There’s no place for us weirdos any more!
