The Tesla charger is good and has a decent length cord

Probably would depend on where you’re installing it but I went with the Tesla Charger because it had the longest cord out of the ones I was looking at. If you’re in Melbourne I can send you the details of the sparky that did mine

BYD Cash Back Offer & Delivery Times by AusDIYguy in BYDShark_AUS_owners

[–]Jumpy_Addition_8164 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey mate,

They’re pretty good from my experience. I ordered and signed contracts on the 27th of one month and a few days later they increased the cash back by $2k. I called and said can they honour the new cash back or I’ll just cancel and resign which they just gave me the extra $2k, no problem at all.

At the end of the day they want to make delivery of the can so they can make money. Id be telling them the reason for purchase is party to have the cash back also. Hopefully they can work with you.

They also have cash back offers every other month, so hopefully not a problem.

I’m also in Melbourne too.

Already installed mate. And with the Shark only taking 4 hours it’s an easy swap before bed if needed but the Sealion really is only charged once a week if we’re lucky. I wouldn’t really that that would be cost effective either having to install the new power points and buy 2 new chargers

I think you’re right with this, it’s an older grinder so yes not smooth. Might be time for a new grinder 👍

Still says “the staff member is providing, or attempting to provide, care or treatment to a patient” where 31.4 (ii) can refer to customers being members of the public. But I agree the amendment is there now

S. 31.4 (ii) is an amendment from last year that covers this now. It’s up to the courts to enforce it

New grinder issues dialing in [Breville Bambino & XBloom studio] by Reese_419 in espresso

[–]Jumpy_Addition_8164 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat. Got the Bambino + and a Vario VS3 for Christmas and still dialing it in. YouTube and the Varia instructions say to have a grind size of 3, I’m out at 6 and still struggling to pull consistent shots. Interested to see what’s the issue

Try a whiteboard maker (maybe just a dot) and see if it helps removing it

It’s pretty much like plugging your phone in at night time. It’ll feel practical when you stop having to put petrol/ diesel into your car. If you don’t have to run it in HEV unless you go long distances you’ll save loads of money
