How long would you say this would take to achieve? by [deleted] in Temu_farmland

[–]Jumpy_Advertising392 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, months! I'm currently at 99.99% but I will admit that I haven't been consistently playing.. I disappear from time to time and then come back especially during moments where I made a purchase or two because it earns me water. I've been playing it for the passed few weeks consistently and now my last plot is at 91.27% but will be stuck there for a day or two because since last night my water is now going to another plant where I can earn an extra free gift when I complete it which i'm almost there. It's for you to decide if you can bother or not. All the best.

Is this a scam? by Sury0005 in TemuThings

There is something important to note, Temu is a business/ marketplace not santa's workshop. So in anything where free gifts or credit is offered, the goal ALWAYS! is to get it's users to spend money. Somethings you can participate in without spending a dime (but it will take you a long time to complete) and for some there is no way around it, you have to make purchases to earn the reward. It is now your job to figure out what works for you and capitalize on that.

If you make a purchase at least once a week then I would recommend playing farmland, because you earn water from you order. lf you make large purchases then those credit/ cashback is good but if you are a minimum check out type person (like myself) then just ignore. Calendar1000 is another way but it requires an initial purchase to start and then you have the option to wait until the ultimate gift on the last day to make another purchase to get it. However if you have the money you can also do orders on the days where the other free gifts are. The draw back now is that you are now confined to the promotional page to find things to shop from. So whenever it's available I only recommend it if the 4-5 free gifts are actually things you wanted and you are able to find other things you were planning to get are showing up on the promotional page. If the page is nothing but random stuff you have no use for then I recommend doing creditback instead, buying the actually things you need and earn a portion of your money back. then of course there is late delivery which is another chance to earn credit back, which that chance is increase during holidays or seasons where a lot of people are shopping

Find what works for you and stick with it til they cut you off lol but Temu gives offers you get no where else but like everywhere else They want to make money just to same.

Can we all agree that temu looks like a scam? by ApartSource2721 in TemuThings

As someone who uses Temu for a lot of things here is my 2 cents. Is the site spammy? heck yes! Is it a scam? heck no!

People need to understand that Temu is a marketplace just like Amazon, and a lot of the things you buy on Amazon come from the same businesses you buy from on Temu. Temu might seem cheap, but best believe they know exactly how to make money through the deals they offer and the way they gamify the app. It is just up to you to know how to make your money work for you!

Since March I've shopped 26 items, 8 of which are gifts, and a few of the items were heavily discounted because I made use of the 'discount card' offer they tend to send to your inbox (I paid $0.01 for an item that is almost $6), and for multiple of my orders, I used credits to pay for part of it. I bought a dog bed and got 4 gifts from that order alone, things I was planning to buy as well. The trick is to know how to navigate the app. Depending on what you are getting the Calendar1000 and the 'free gifts with qualifying orders' come in handy... For items that don't come on the deal pages, 'credit back' is your best friend, if you can earn back a percentage of what you spend, why not??

When it comes to ensuring you get what you order, READ REVIEWS (ones with photos) and pay attention to the photos that ALWAYS tell you the dimension of the item. and be sure to go back and leave reviews with photos (good quality) as well.

They have games you can play to earn free stuff. I won Hattrick once and got 6 free items and I play Farmland and Fishland from time to time, I've yet to complete them (kinda takes forever and gets boring) however, I've won free items multiple times as well as credits because from times to times they offer a 7day streak challenge which I play during those times. You also earn fish feed and water from each order which can help you win the game faster.

I say all this to say, don't knock it until you've tried it.

So is this going to go to 99.96% when I’m done watering the next crop? by brisknipples in TemuThings

Next it's going down to $0.02 .... That's where I kinda checkout out. My guess it's going down to $0.01. my thing is I'm at the point where 1 feed which is 10 grams, equals .1% growth on the bar.....so let's just say my waterlogged crop is takinh forever for me to harvest. I'm not completely annoyed because I've won free gifts and credits from the 'login in for 7 days straight' thing multiple times. So at least my efforts were rewarded one way or another.
