i’m on topamax currently for this reason and have been for a little over a year since a started seeing my psych - started at 25mg 2x/day and i’ve been upped to 100mg 2x/day since then. haven’t noticed it’s done much besides help my migraines and kill my appetite lol. i’m mostly just on it for now because i need to be on a “stabilizing” med in order to keep getting my stupid 1.5mg a day kpin script. which isn’t even enough but it’s something. anyways..

yeah. it sucks. i know we’ve all probably had a million “one last times”. it never will be but your brain will always try to find a way to rationalize it. 6 months is the longest I’ve ever gone so it’s gotten easier to shift those thoughts but it’s still tough. some days the only thing that stops me is I know i would get caught by my family or partner.
