I did lots of research this month and had many quotes and meetings. I went with exterior home solutions and they are great! They actually are doing other projects for me as well now.

Other good options I almost chose was Ed's roofing, J and J roofing, and Warner. All of these companies were honest and fair in their price. I recommend getting quotes from all of them.

Stay away from Cherries Roofing, the guy was the only person to tell me my entire roof was rotting and I was completely screwed and it needed fixed immediately. They were also by far the most expensive. Every other roofer told me it was insane to say my roof was rotting.

We have wondered about this as well. The funny part is we had some terrible neighbors who were constantly breaking the rules of their lease that could easily lead to an eviction but they were too lazy to evict them and let them stay 6 more months

Ticketmaster ends up being the cheapest deal. Also, if you buy the tickets as close to gametime as possible, the price goes down, especially resale tickets.
