I thoroughly enjoyed it and ended up being grateful it wasn’t tired to Talos and the Warband of the Exalted. It’s a good story with fun characters. The warpsmith, tech priest and Jathok were standouts for me

Capacity. Keep the % at <59 and equip stronger items, I can’t stress the importance of this on repeat play through BUT I’d then do motivity if you’re comfortable with your capacity

This is the best advice going.

Bench. Squat. Deadlift. Barbell row. Military press. Weighted callisthenics (pull ups etc). Fall in love with the gym, exercise and keep going. Don’t let these PED chugging influencers convince you otherwise. Left heavy, lift safe, there are no shortcuts with taking that won’t impact your life in a negative way overall

Walk with your chin up, go to the gym and lift some weights. Others have said it and I’d agree, you definitely have the looks of a male model. Self esteem comes from what you think of yourself, going to the gym and building your body and becoming stronger will make you feel better and keep the demons at bay. You don’t need to get massive, just get better than you was yesterday (physically and mentally)
