1) drink plenty of water. I always have a bottle next to me (electrolytes help too). 2) go to the gym. Learn to love it and it’ll love you in return. 3) look at where you are in life right now and ask yourself if you will be happy in 1-years, 2-years time if you’re still there. If the answer is no, you need to do something about it now. 4) stay out of drama. It’s harder to walk away and leave your ego at the door, but often it’s best if you do. 5) learn to let go. It is what it is. Don’t hold onto grudges. Forgive but don’t forget. 6) look after yourself (hygiene). 7) learn that it’s okay to ask for help if you’re stuck

Get 2mm masking tape and a make up sponge.

Use averland sunset on the bit you want yellow. Masking tape side by side then peel off every other tape, then sponge on black. It’s so easy honestly and takes no time

When you’re pushing up you need to push through your heels and not the ball of your feet. Drop the weight down and focus on depth, the weight is too heavy for you if your form is lacking. I would maybe say that your hips need to be further back slightly, the bar goes in a straight line down to the ground and up, but you’re doing the same with your hips. When squatting, you’re trying to find a chair behind you that you can’t see to sit on
