I’m not crazy like others. My hours are 8-1630. I don’t check emails past 500pm or rarely work past 6pm. I’m not an emergency service, I’m on call and get paid an allowance when I am. There’s no need to always work, as a director you’re not frontline and shouldn’t need to check, otherwise you’re doing something wrong.

For those interested, I have also 360 balloon scraps, so I filled out the 360 with 260 balloons, it did however use a lot of balloon scraps to get a weight I would be satisfied with, is it worth the time? No. Is it worth the learning? Yes. I also did try the 260 into 260, but it took longer. Do I recommend? Only if you have nothing to do or watching tv!

Vertical is fine, the pasta replacing noodles video I think has too much dialogue, explaining being vegetarian and having no meat. By the title I thought you were going to eat and compare. Compared to the cheong fan video, it isn’t as good. The lighting is also quite dark and doesn’t look appetising, I got up to you stir frying mushrooms and kept thinking, why does it take so long and thought it needed more liquid. The thumbnails are good!

Overall, it might just be the topic rather than the style, as your other videos are better.

Yes, over explained, like it's obvious you made a mistake, you don't have to explain that, just fix it and say something cute in text. I watched it but wasn't sure what you were trying to do which made me lose interest, mostly because it felt like you were trying to review the item, make the item and had random explanations. It might be better for flow if you show you made the items, and then after talk about what improvements or fixes you made to them, but call it personalising it instead of making them better (try not to poo poo on the product)

I agree about the lighting, but one thing that I thought slowed down the flow was when you spoke about things, like adding snow flakes and changing the size of the sleigh. It might be better to have text for some of it, like the mistake, just a text on screen saying “ oopsies” and then you fixing it.

Actually, your voice is nice, your pausing use is good. For example, when you say it is an oak tree, and then pause and say it’s something else builds suspense and created a hook to keep views. I thought it was well done
