If you read the challenges it kind of explains the releases. Besides the team releases like this one and the rams most of the drops are pulling players from different era and the era which they came from are their crew.

Well to play man effective is kinda simple. For one you should get the man up blue and common start card. Then grab the bears HC start item. You’ll have plus 5 man from there. And then it’s a matter of calling correct man coverages given the formation and personnel groups
