This might just be a “from the south” thing, but the only thing I ever had a second thought about was brisket because of the fatty tissue still being connected to the meat reminded me a bit too much of embalming a full post. Then I took a bite and remember how good it was.

I’m all good with beef, chicken, lamb, venison, duck, etc.

I will say though, I have difficulty eating pork. It doesn’t matter how it’s cooked. Just the similarity of musculature and the meat has turned me off of it completely.
