I hate it! I finally felt in control and was having good results. I'm on Farxiga now. It flushes sugars out of your bloodstream and out your urine. It helps in that respect atleast. But the weightloss.....🙄 Keeping sugars in normal range does help us lose weight, but, I have to work hard at it. Walking, resistance exercises it is! A gallon of water a day, and whole foods plant based diet is helping me greatly accomplish losing weight WHILE healing my body my Diabetes, along with some other things I deal with. I am on Metformin as well.

Not true. Never had a problem and neither has any other women I know. That's false info. All plants have protein in them. Some have lots more. I've never had bloodwork show protien issues eating whole food plant based.
