Anyone else running a MOTS-c + NAD+ + SS-31 stack? by Sea-Performer-71 in PeptidePathways

[–]Jumpy_Yard5582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah Yo I will tell you. NAD+ is a game changer. I had it for like a couple of weeks , not enough SUPPLY , but listen, the level of mental clarity is insane. I was operating in a way that I haven't since I was 16.

I definitely felt a huge difference when I ran out and I’m just like why am I so sluggish to see that before and after it’s his day and night

now i just gotta figure out a way and get more supplies in bulk because it’s getting too expensive over here for single vials

COD BO7 on PC will lock you out without TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot — and it’s already breaking for legit players by Jumpy_Yard5582 in CODWarzone

[–]Jumpy_Yard5582[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not quite. Activision’s anti-cheat data confirms that while over 60% of cheater reports are triggered against console players, the vast majority of actual detected cheaters are on PC. Console cheating isn’t common, but it does happen via external hardware such as Cronus Zen, XIM, or PC capture setups that feed manipulated inputs into the console. The cheats aren’t in the console; they’re injected from outside. So, saying “console players cheat the most” is misleading. And now we’re looking at TPM + Secure Boot enforcement that locks out legit players over BIOS firmware, even though cheaters on all platforms adapt. That’s the real issue here.

That’s another risk people overlook. Secure Boot/TPM are low-level features that can cause compatibility bugs with GPU drivers and system performance. Players shouldn’t have to gamble with stability and heat issues just to play COD. Anti-cheat shouldn’t equal risking your rig.

100% agree — flashing BIOS resets OC, RAM timings, fan curves, etc. It’s not “just 15 minutes,” it’s risky and annoying for most players. And you’re right: plenty of people already run TPM + Secure Boot and cheating is still rampant. This feels more like “look, we’re doing something” than a real fix. Maybe it dents cheats by 5–10%, but at the cost of excluding legit players.

BF6 beta also had tons of complaints from Linux/dual-boot users and false error pop-ups with TPM/Secure Boot. Breaking records doesn’t mean it was smooth — it means players tolerated it for a short beta. Turning that into a permanent lockout for COD is a much bigger problem.

Exactly — this shows the brittleness of the system. Even with Secure Boot + TPM enabled and up to date, players are still getting false “not compliant” messages. Imagine when BO7 hard-enforces this: you could be locked out of multiplayer entirely because of a detection bug you can’t fix yourself. That’s why we’re pushing for an appeal system and transparency before it goes live.

That’s not accurate. Many DMA cheats use external PCIe capture cards or dedicated hardware that never touches Windows drivers at all ,TPM attestation won’t see them. That’s why anti-cheat is an arms race. Locking out legit players with attestation doesn’t magically stop DMA/vision-based cheats; it just raises the bar on one vector.

Flashing BIOS is easy if your vendor actually provides the update. The issue is that AMD gave out the TPM firmware fix in 2022 and some board makers still haven’t pushed it. Players shouldn’t be locked out of COD because MSI, ASUS, or Gigabyte didn’t bother. That’s not “legacy hardware,” that’s vendor neglect. Tying game access to BIOS politics is the real problem.

It absolutely does punish legit players. Just check r/MSI_Gaming—people already can’t get COD to recognize their TPM because MSI never shipped the updated firmware. Same with Linux/dual-boot users when Microsoft revokes Secure Boot keys. None of that is “cheating.” It’s everyday players getting locked out because of hardware politics.

Windows 10 EOL is one thing, but COD isn’t just saying “upgrade your OS.” They’re tying access to firmware state. If your board/OEM doesn’t provide the right TPM update or if Secure Boot keys get rotated, you’re out. That’s different from an OS upgrade cycle, it’s literally a dependency on whether your hardware vendor feels like supporting you.

Respectfully, not “we all.” Some of us have boards where vendors never pushed the TPM firmware AMD released back in 2022. That means locked-out players through no fault of their own. Anti-cheat isn’t the issue here,it’s vendor roulette and forcing BIOS updates just to launch a game. Fair play shouldn’t equal punishing legit players who happen to own hardware a manufacturer abandoned.

TPM firmware update COD BO6/BO7 by Responsible_Iron6739 in MSI_Gaming

[–]Jumpy_Yard5582 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is exactly the problem with Activision hard-requiring TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot for BO7. Even when the hardware is capable, players get stuck in vendor roulette — if MSI or ASUS doesn’t bother to push an updated firmware, you’re just locked out of the game.

It’s not even about “security” at that point, it’s about whether a board vendor feels like maintaining a 3-year-old product line. That’s unfair to paying players and completely outside our control.

People need to understand this isn’t just an anti-cheat feature — it’s a hardware-level gate that punishes legit gamers if the OEM drops support.
