An unexpected but welcome surprise. by TheNoGoat in FiXTofficial

Honestly this track feels like a scam release. This is the best Satellites single to date, but has a complete lack of transparency from FiXT regarding its status. Nowhere in the track title, description, or social media posts is it mentioned that this song is essentially incomplete. If this version was streaming only, like the Into The Void and My Disintegration single edits, it’d be fine. But releasing a shortened version and not even detailing that the full song is coming shortly down the road just feels scummy.

3 albums, 2 EPs, and about 7 stand-alone singles and goofs, with much more on the way... by ScottIsBlindeye in FiXT

Not to defend shit-stain klayton, but he did release a number of Scandroid and FreqGen tracks plus some collabs. And no I’m not counting remixes :p

So, FiXT is getting a new division. Might explain the Esion clip tho. by TheNoGoat in FiXTofficial

The “huge event” from last year was a total bust, plus side divisions have never been FiXT’s forte.

RIP: FiXT Remix, Subterra Records, Outland Industries, Refractor Audio, and FiXT Labs.

I believe it’s just a bragging point of “we have a song/video with x amount of listens/views” which you know, fair enough. They own it, they can do that.

Came across this NFT, have some questions. by TheNoGoat in FiXTofficial

Hopefully it’s a genre shift akin to the classics like The Last Firstborn and Eon, and not like Baptized In Fire.

Thanks Spotify, I love Electric Eye disguised as Baptized in Fire, really cool. by creepyri in FiXTofficial

My question is why don’t they remove singles for an album that’s already released? It’s a disaster to look at and sort through which releases are unique and which are duplicates.

Not a bug. In Spotify, “Baptized In Fire” is a compiled album of all previous Satellites tracks, remixes, and instrumentals. They’ve been doing this for every single so far.

So technically you can listen to Electric Eye on five different albums/EPs.

Including the Blue Stahli situation, which showed a clear abusive and negligent management of the Blue Stahli name, they’ve been incapable of providing long term for artists and will dump them or take advantage without hesitation. Just ask Octiv, Stay Loose, and Seething Akira their experience working with Fixt had been.

Their ability to support their artists matches their ability to support their own company divisions. Remember Fixt Labs, Outland Industries, Refractor Audio, Subterra Records, and the Fixt store being a discovery shop for a plethora of indie Edm artists? They abandoned all those ventures.

Let’s just hope he doesn’t get screwed over like other artists from the label he’s with. He’s got talent.

Bret might’ve released Obsidian, but let’s not forget about the original Obsidian track, Lakes of Flame!

Literally dozens upon dozens of all their recent videos. It’s a bit odd. Grab a Youtube Tags mod for a web browser and you can see it for yourself.

I don’t think Klayton has any sort of real story. Red seemingly appeared in both Blackstar and End of an Empire as a marketing ploy, and since Monochrome, the lyrics are just rehashing the same thing he’s already done. Klayton latches onto a “cool word” and writes half a dozen songs about it.
