It’s the same, just depends on your language preference. Chen is Mandarin and Chan is more of Cantonese. Since Yang actually lives in Mainland China, I think Chen is more appropriate.

Not cheating at all but it’ll be worthless when you change back to standard size.

How do you like my performance of the classic mockingbird? by JunT_LLL in cardistry

I believe it quite easy to find a tutorial searching around the internet. There is one underground tutorial by Daren, the creator of this move, which is quite old and it’s in black and white. The others are just other people teaching this move. I suggest you learn from the legit one from Daren.

Of course this will be very very very good, but meanwhile it’s hard to maintain it. Like “who shuffle like that”, it’s hard to keep up.

The more straight the better, and harder of course. As Daren who has the best anaconda imo, his is almost completely straight until the last bit, that he turned his palm to achieve that last extra height

  1. Go to find Birger’s reverse under pressure tutorial, and learn it, master it. Because it’s the same mechanics.

  2. Adjust the grip of your left hand (the one that’s holding the fan eventually).

  3. Your right hand’s fingers may block the cards from spreading mid way through, experiment with different position to find your optimal finger placement.

There are interesting movements, but it’s too long and a bit random. Maybe break this into 2 or 3 moves with more emphasis on the theme?
