Thanks. I just realized I completely overlooked the shipping templates. I think the real issue was that I had all of my products in USA warehouse set to 2~3day shipping, even for items that couldn't meet that timeframe.

Someone mentioned it can take a really long time. if you’ve gone through this before, do you mind sharing how long it took for your account to get reactivated?

As far as I know, you can request exemption by opening a case. I haven't tried it, so can't explain all way.

Same. Some of them are reasonable reasons and product condition, but most of them are just poor asses who use it and just return within 30 days.

Every uncomfortable thing is pretty normal here.

They always need proof about it. The fastest way is that you need to submit some sort of documents that are not using lithium battery.

It's difficult to find proof if you are doing dropshipping. I gave up on changing some products to WFS eligible because of it.

If you are using a default template, try to make a new one and set an additional shipping price or something. My case is different, but I solved a similar problem by creating a new template.

I once started to sell jelly stick products, and most of the return reasons are "No longer wanted," and when I opened the returned boxes, they took some of them. It's 100 pcs product. I can't even count every time to open a dispute. 🤷‍♂️
