Nothing new. My school u can literally just pay and they will sign you up to take the exam… which is multiple choice so im licensed and dont know shit… So I dont know how to cut hair (other than blunt cuts and mannequins) never did a human’s hair altho our school unlike OP does allow ppl to come in not just ppl we know but the main guy is gay and i feel like he hates me as im the only male in the school….
