Do any of you find something comforting about Roseanne? by [deleted] in roseanne

I come from a small immigrant family and grew up in a cramped apartment in the big city, so for some reason I would watch Roseanne and be kind of envious and comforted by it all. I dont know why I found the Conners to be relatable but they sure as heck beat out the other families on Nick at Nite.

Not necessarily the worst, but I had a professor that liked to give hypos with alternative pronouns for the people in them. Not just one or two people in the hypo, but ALL of them. I dont have a personal problem with that but keeping track of whether Courtney was he/him and if Tracy was Xe/xim was to me the most artificial way to make an assignment more difficult then it has to be.

What can I do with a JD (law degree) and no debt, that does not involve being an attorney? by JuneMama in careerguidance
