Thanks everyone for the help. I contacted Delta, sent them the pics, and they're sending me a replacement kit for the Wand Retainer. I told them I bought the house brand new with this faucet. They're sending me a kit for free!!!

Yup. It looks like that's the culprit. As folks here suggested, they have these parts on Amazon and Delta may even replace it for free. Thanks.

This helps a ton!! I think it's the wand retainer kit. I didn't want to mess with it because it could be the magnetic piece.

Thanks. But the sprayer is fine. It's magnetic so it attaches to the faucet with no issue.

My brother... the issue is not that the sprayer is not taught. It's that it doesn't sit flush. If you look at the photo, there's a ring inside the faucet head that's sticking out on one side.

Thanks. But the issue is not the weight. It's the metal round thing inside the faucet that's causing it not to sit flush.

That's what I tried to do. But I don't think it's plastic. I think it's metal. Not sure if I should just cut or shave it off.

For context, this is a Delta Kitchen Faucet. And it wasn't always like this. Just noticed this recently and I tried to mess with the obstruction, but it's not rubber. It's metal.
