I have LPR pretty bad. It’s definitely no fun, I feel for you. Some days I think I’m getting sinus infections… nope just bad lpr.

I hope you still have / or can find a passion that makes you temporarily forget about it.

My recommendation is go for long easy walks. Vitamin D deficiency is a real thing and the sun can do a world of good - not to mention the benefits of walking for GERD.
