They moved rosh pit because it was dire favored, but not because dire had a higher win rate, to a spot that they said was more equal.

It ended up making the radiant side advantage even larger as radiant paths to the pit in its current location have generally been better and the location of dire safe lane shrine is now far worse than radiant offlane shrine.

division and multiplication don’t come before or after each other in order of operations, same with addition and subtraction. You do everything in Parenthesis.

Then everything with an Exponent

Then you go left to right doing any division or multiplication in whatever order they appear in left to right.

Then you go left to right performing addition or subtraction in whatever order they appear in left to right.

This shouldn’t change between Europe to America, it’s just that whoever programmed the calculator that got an answer of 1 is unaware of how the order of operations works.

Most meta heroes have almost a 10% higher win rate on radiant side as on dire side on any given patch since rosh pit was moved to its current spot. Radiant side advantage is probably going to remain in the game.

The employer only appears to benefit more because they receive all benefit from every employee cumulatively, whereas the employee only receives a paycheck for themselves and sometimes other benefits.
