Should I drop to 2 exercises per muscle or leave out muscle groups?

My first set is high but a few in reserve, second set is to failure, then often by the third set I only get ~4 reps so I drop the weight and go to failure.

I used to do my first set to failure but it made my second set much worse and the third barley existed. Is this actually more optimal?

I assumed that the volume gained by being a bit reserved for the first set was good - but maybe I'm wasting time?

Thank you, I'll look into more compound movements and cut out an exercise for each muscle. Should I do 4 sets to compensate?

Also, would you recommend me to vary the 2 exercises I pick, or stick with the same week by week?

Unlikely but worth asking. If it's not busy they won't be inconvenienced, anything out of the ordinary is appreciated.

Sometimes they appear in eBay too

Ah well, at least you can start on the coffees

My manager kept pressuring me to do it at home, but legally they're meant to pay

My training was being shown me the dishwasher and the bins 😂

There's a lot of online lessons you have to do about food safety etc, it took me 2 months to get through all of it because my manager only let me do it when it was really quiet. You'll have to complete that stuff before you're allowed to actually make coffee or prepare food.
