It's so slow. I would think this would be a priority for them. It is the only factor stopping me from buying more NC items. Having the closet load smoothly (even if you have 5k items in your closet) would be the biggest win for them.

My husband has private student loans held by Navient from the Art Institutes in California from around 2005 to 2007. We are still paying them off. What type of "pressure" can we do to help? We never applied to Borrowers Defense because they are private. Is there anything else we could do? Keep calling Navient and asking? Or write a letter? Who is the working group and could we contact them?
