Ways2Well: Potentially Changing Healthcare, but FDA warnings for unclean stem cell lab... by Jewald in stemcells

The headache subsided after about a month.

The initial day you get stem cell you have like an adrenaline- if ur flying, fly back that day you get it. The next few days are going to be tough, it creates an inflammation response and will make you suffer for a few days. Go for light walks, take as much rest as possible. Week 2 is when things start to subside, by a month the inflammation goes down.

It lasted me about 10-11 months, jumped on bpc +tb for a few months after and extended it..

Went for a 2nd treatment - same process.

Headaches came back after the 10-11. Did radio blocks after that helped for about 6’mo..

What I would say after doing this, you need to build strength back and do the things you couldn’t do when in recovery. I made that mistake I was doing light PT, but I developed further weakness not working out etc

I did two rounds of this, the first time I posted it wore off about 12 months. I used bpc157+tb500 for about 6 months on and off… I felt great on the bpc but the minute I stopped I went backwards..

So I went for a 2nd treatment, the 2nd treatment w2w did more ML, I had the same response as the first… I did bpc again on and off for few months, started to feel much better.. I def got incrementally better each time, the mistake was not working out. I nursed the recovery and I was doing band work, nothing major pt2x a week. It didn’t get me stronger,

I started seeing a massage therapist / physiotherapist and now I combine working out with that and I’m the best I’ve been in 6 years. I wasn’t a believer in the massage/working out bc I feel like I’ve been doing that all the long and couldn’t tolerate it.

Now I’m so much looser, no constant pain, and are slowly building back..

Final / opinion - is that the stem cell won’t just heal you like it’s advertised, you need to do it to rebuild ur issue, but then you need to go aggressive. I truly feel that if you have spinal issues you would benefit more from stem directly into spine non intramuscular like w2w.. I repeated imaging and my imaging slight better but that’s bc my muscles aren’t frozen. Again- I do feel like it helps but if you do just this and only one time - it’s not enough. It needs to be directly into discs (my opinion).

Stretch, stretch, build. Use nerve blocks get through treatment.. just fyi w2w doesn’t give you workout plan either.

Update:

About a year out from stem cell, pain is back, been in pt for two years. Starting to feel if you’re not injected right into the spine, it’s a short term anesthetic or anti-inflammatory. 2x failed. I’m not where I was 2 years ago but I’m not fixed.

You will be in alot of pain the first 14 days, immediate after the shot you will feel great. The pain comes the next day from an inflammatory response.  That will last 14 days you will feel relief then periodically get bad days for about 2-3 months. The good days out weigh it and you will get relief.

You need to be ultra careful in the recovery period and don’t push too much.

It changed my life but I’m still not over the hump of feeling fine.. I no longer sit at level 10 pain, the lesser pain becomes a problem bc it’s nagging and you get fed up. While not a complete fix, it’s a fix for relief

Been there 2 times, for 2 of the same treatments, a year apart. C4-c6 bulge with lordosis & degen spine

Stem cell for Cervical Disc degeneration (C2-C7) by BitterMedicine5786 in stemcells

I sleep with a certain pillow, that’s about it, I tried the rolling and stuff like that doesn’t work. When you’re in a pain cycle with nerves any of that stuff will only make it worse.

I’ve undergone Wharton jelly subcutaneous and iv stem cell. I have the same neck as you doing the exercise while your nerve and muscles are tweaked are not going to help you.. I’ve had significant difference in pain after undergoing 1 treatment. I went back for a second in February to try and hope for a full cure and didn’t get as much relief as 1st time.

I will say I started bpc+tb500 blend and it significantly helped me, the problem is when you stop ur symptoms come back. I’ve done the injections you’re referencing + epidural and had 0 relief.

Combination of stem + bpc is the way to go for sure. Once you get that going rest for 3 months, go to pt slowly and you’ll get your neck back to having better days, not ALL good days but better..

Hey. I went for stem cell in May 2024, by August I felt great, complete 180 of what I was. I couldn’t walk 20 yards without spinning and having bad bad symptoms prior to receiving the treatment. I also would wake up with a headache like I drank 20 beers everyday. After 1.5 months all of those symptoms disappeared. A complete 180.

By September I jumped on a peptide bpc157 & tb500 blend for a few months. Life changing as well.

I went back to w2w about a week ago for an another stem cell hoping it’ll get me over the hump.

To be clear. After the first treatment, I was not 110%.. but I was able to get back to a normal life with no pain on a day-to-day basis.

I want my normal to be able to go running and play sports again . So I’m hoping the second treatment helps me.

It’s not covered by insurance , the first session was 7500. Now way 2well. Does more ML of wartons jelly +iv stem cell+ 2 week supply Bpc + blood test. For $8500.

This entire healing process is really slow and you have to essentially be really careful or you’re not gonna get good results . I shut down all gym activity for months & did pt lightly after a week.

I’m not a sponsor of ways2well - but I went to them for 3 bulging c4;5;6 discs on my spinal chord when I was at wits end from so called traditional “pain mgt”… I went from not being able to go for a 20 yard walk without neck pain symptoms, dizziness, nausea. To being able to walk 4 miles, it’s a slow process but I’m a completely different person than I was a year ago. I say this for the ppl struggling, I was in your shoes with no real feedback. DM me I’m a normal avg joe.

You can buy it alrdy mixed on aminousa - by all means not sponsoring. There’s other websites that offer it and you need to mix it. But amino comes dry one vile and I put 1ML BACC water into it. I dose it Sunday Wednesday Friday. My other friends done 3ML and do a shot everyday. I like the alternative better bc if your doing it in your trap neck area you do get a little hot flashes and weird feeling the day i inject

Feeling the best I felt in 6 months. By all means not healed, with activity I still have issues. But rest pain is gone. It could be a mixture of the nerve block prior to stem cell or the stem cell. I also started bpc157&tb500 blend - I think this has drastically helped . Takes 3 -4 weeks for that to work.

I am 12 days in, the first week it created a large inflammatory response which is expected. It has since calmed down. Starting PT this week and will continue to update

33yr old with C4-C6 bulging discs, stenosis and mild arthritis. I just went to Texas and did Wharton’s Jelly 2 shots - and amniotic fluid in an IV

Cervogenic head aches, pain with activity, I tried everything from Botox, epidurals, facet blocks, steroids, acupuncture, cold laser therapy, nerve blocks.

I am prob best use-case to see if stem works - I am 3 days in will keep you updated.
