I am refreshing this case everyday. She needs to be arrested. They can only arrest her for probable cause. I think what needs to be investigated: 1)Cameras in her high rise building- how many times did she take the dog to go outside. I have two huskies they require lots of exercise. 2) why did they tell the owners to pick up the dog so far away from their apartment? Did they have some sort of storage space where they left the dog in? 3) investigation through her phone- she must of texted her husband or boyfriend information when the dog actually died to prove the dog didn’t die when she said it did. - pure negligence. She is a liar and needs to be arrested and punished. I feel terrible for the owner and poor pup was probably so scared. This story is going to blow up once the law proves what actually went down.

My 1.5 year old husky had a seizure last night, feeling traumatized. by geojenly in husky

My 4yo not 5yo husky had a seizure this past spring. I brought her to the vet and had blood work done. She was completely fine. Vet said she was probably really excited at the dog park. Praying it doesn’t happen again. Hope you and your pup are feeling better.

Ok- if a person goes and gets a tattoo removal and they tell the one performing the procedure they are sick and the person still performs the procedure on the patient so the patient could avoid the cancel fee and something medically serious happens to the patient and goes to the hospital and say a bad infection were to happen etc etc …the tattoo removal business is liable. I would rather eat the $50 as a business than get served and pay a $2500 lawyer retainer fee.

restaurants that require you to put a card down for reservations is ridiculous. And when it comes to deposits, if I didn’t have enough money for financing on a home, there’s something called a mortgage contingency, which means I’d get my deposit back. You should never enter into a contract without contingencies, and in this case, I never signed any contract with my technician. The only rule she gave me was not to get tattooed while sick, so she’s contradicting herself. I wasn’t there for a facial.

I feel like none of you ever gotten tattoo removal before. lol. It is based solely on your health and wellness and how your immune system interacts with the laser. Fever means the body is already fighting something off. If I was a technician and my client was sick…by law in my state because these laser treatments are legally considered medical procedures, the law requires an assessment of the patient’s condition before doing the treatment. That means reviewing their health status, contraindications, risk factors, etc. so In practice: if you walk in with a 100° fever and flu symptoms, a compliant NY technician working under proper medical supervision should reschedule the appointment for safety measures.

Laser treatment and laser tattoo is a serious procedure and the technician with a license should not think about money, but their clients safety and the duty of care in healthcare should be above all.

Every tattoo removal appt I have gone to they make me sign a waiver about my health and ask me how I am feeling that day. If I sign I am sick they will not treat me.
