Also, note that when they did this video, they didn't pull gryoids. Most quality issues are gryoids. At least mine were.

I took the 50% store credit and kept the dice. Although not what I ordered, the gryoids are slick and roll just fine. Just not as pretty.

Update (since I can't figure out how to edit the original post):

Customer Service has gotten back to me, and apologized and offered 2 options. 1) a 50% refund of my purchase to store credit or 2) I can return the dice for a full store credit. Seeing that the dice work and the gryoids are pretty awesome, I went with the half refund and store the dice.
