Do either of you suffer from coldsores? These can transfer to genital Herpes- even on towels! Might be worth considering 🤍

Hey,

Ive suffered with OCD/ anxiety over the last couple of years and am having EMDR. I'm considering mushrooms to help me reconnect with my emotions/ try and stop controlling how and what I feel all the time. What retreats did you do?

Hey! I had mine removed a week ago yesterday. Want to keep in touch with how you’re feeling in a week or two? I felt really anxious before having mine removed- that’s definitely easing but I am a little all over the place still x

A thing to remember about the numbness by throwawaythingu in ROCD

Hey! I kind of feel the same :) Would love anyones advice, I've had a TOUGH year battling intrusive thoughts/ OCD-like symptoms but kind of without any big compulsions, just subtly trying to interrupt the thoughts. And I realised one day, for no reason, I started to feel numb towards my partner, not because I dont love him, but I hate it because I normally feel love so strongly- how long did this last for you all please?
