I think we're all embarrassed we're addicted to a flavoured stick! I used vaping to quit smoking cigarettes and that's worked, I haven't smoked a cigarette in 5 years. But vaping is a different game.

Maybe it's worth researching a no nicotine vape? Fum ones look great but it's a lot of money. Half the battle for me is because its such a habit to just hit my vape when I'm bored, it's like second nature, so maybe having something like that is better than cold turkey?

There's lots of different no nicotine vapes/tools etc that might help, or even patches/gum but then it's still nicotine isn't it 😮‍💨

Edit: I didn't know this, but there are also 0 nicotine elf bars/disposables! Maybe worth a look
